Case study · our own project
prognozadanas.com: weather for four countries, with a sky that follows it.
prognozadanas.com is our own weather forecast website for Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. It went live on 15 October 2026. Within three weeks Google was showing it more than 3,000 times a day.

Goal
A fast answer for every town.
People search for the weather town by town: “vrijeme Split”, “vreme Beograd”, and in Serbia often in Cyrillic. Many sites in the top results are small and technically weak, so a fast, well-structured site can earn its place quickly.
What we built
Open data, four countries, one site.
01
Forecast data
A 10-day forecast by the hour from MET Norway (open licence, with attribution) for towns from GeoNames, with sunrise, sunset and the Moon, and sea temperature from Copernicus Marine.
02
Four countries
Croatia at the root and Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro under their own paths, with Latin addresses, Cyrillic town names in the titles of Serbian and Montenegrin pages, and texts in the language of each country.
03
Design “Sky”
The background follows the weather and the time of day, with a temperature curve, wind, humidity and pressure cards, and buttons to share, compare and save a town.
04
Indexing in waves
The largest towns and municipal seats first, villages only later, so Google sees strong pages before the long tail. A weather magazine (bura, jugo, air pressure and more) answers related questions.
