These terms apply to services you order through hiperlink.digital: the detailed security and SEO review and fixes after the review. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Seller
Hiperlink Digital d.o.o., 23000 Zadar, Croatia, VAT ID HR83403155565, registered with the Commercial Court in Zadar under number 110143205. Email: info@hiperlink.digital. All communication about orders happens by email.
Services and prices
- Basic check: a free check of what can be seen from the outside, with no access to your website and no obligation. It is not ordered under these terms.
- Detailed review: €40.00 + 25% VAT = €50.00, for one WordPress or WooCommerce website. It covers a review with the access you give us and a written report ordered by risk. We change nothing on the site during the review.
- Fixes: the price depends on the number and severity of the findings. We send a quote with every item alongside the report and start only once you accept it.
- Monthly protection: an optional service offered with the quote after the review, €28.00 + VAT a month.
Prices are in euro. The website shows the amount without VAT and the amount including VAT.
Ordering and the contract
You order the detailed review with the form on the order page. After sending the form you get an order number and payment instructions. The contract is concluded when the payment is received. A contract for fixes is concluded when you accept the quote by email.
Payment
The detailed review is paid in advance:
- by bank transfer to the IBAN shown after the order, with the reference HR00 and the order number.
Fixes are paid according to the accepted quote, in the same ways. We send the invoice by email.
Delivery
The review starts once the payment arrives and access to the website has been agreed by email. We send the report and the quote for fixes within 24 hours of receiving access. Do not send passwords through the form or by email: after payment we send instructions for giving us access without one.
A review reduces risk and shows what is exposed, but it cannot guarantee that a website will not be attacked. We do not promise particular search rankings either.
Consumers: right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by telling us by email. If you expressly asked for the review to start before that period ends and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount up to the moment of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right. We refund the payment, or the remaining part, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.
Complaints
Send complaints by email to info@hiperlink.digital. We confirm receipt without delay and reply within 15 days. Consumers may also try to resolve a dispute through an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
Personal data
We process order details to perform the contract and issue invoices, as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. They may change; each order is governed by the terms published at the time of the order.
